Move Government from Nairobi.

Kenya's New Capital City .
It's Time for a New Capital!
Nairobi is ever becoming bigger and bigger. Nairobi was NOT planned for very well.To resolve this, all government functions (including parliament) need to relocate to a better planned city with the capacity to grow. The government should be moved out of Nairobi to somewhere else (preferably Machakos) and leave Nairobi to be a business city. Now we need to plan well for the new capital.... this time much bigger and better. The new capital city will require office construction, estate construction, shops and other business growth to meet the demands of its new residents, therefore = more jobs. On the other hand, in Nairobi, the government move will free space that will be used to better accomodate the people who will be left in Nairobi. Being that job seekers will follow the government to its new city with unsaturated opportunities, Nairobi will rid itself of its overwhelming congestion and the local government will be able provide its residents with quality water and waste management, crime will dwindle among other things. Therefore, since it is highly unlikely for the Nairobi dwellers to move without an incentive, the government should move hence create more room for improvement in Nairobi and at the same time create more jobs and maendeleo opportunities for the new city.
